Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that pursuant
to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on
19 June 2022 to make market purchases of its own Ordinary shares,
it repurchased 76,790 2021 Shares at a price of USD 0.54 per Share,
to be held in treasury, on 23 August 2024. This represents
approximately 0.019 per cent of the Company's current issued Shares.
Following this transaction, the

2021 Shares and Realisation Shares
each carry one vote per share held (excluding Shares held in
Treasury). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the
Company is 431,679,792 and may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
