                Sale of Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights 
 
Ensor Holdings PLC ("the Company") announces that on 20 February 2012 the 
Company sold 300,000 ordinary shares of 10p each held in treasury in an 
off-market transaction at 30p per share. 
 
The Company's issued share capital now comprises 30,618,074 shares, of which 
322,098 are held in treasury. 
 
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 30,295,976 with each share 
carrying the right to one vote. This figure may be used by shareholders as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the 
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
