                      Eicom plc ("Eicom" or "the Company")

Further to an announcement on 3 November 2006, Eicom plc (AIM:EIC) today
announces that it has issued 357,142 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each at a price of
14p as the initial consideration for the acquisition of Green Light Cable &
Satellite Limited ("Green Light").

As a consequence of this issue of shares the vendors of Green Light have the
following interest in Eicom's issued share capital:

Ms S Cronin-Stanley     178,571                 3.6
Mr C Jackson            178,571                 3.6

Application has been made today for these shares to be admitted to AIM, and
trading is expected to commence on 28 November 2006.
