                           Dimension Resources Limited
                                 Results of AGM

At the Annual General Meeting of the above named Company held today, all
resolutions were passed unanimously.

As a result, each of the 104,042,498 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
have now been subdivided and reclassified as 1 ordinary share of 0.1p and 1 A
deferred share of 0.9p.  Application has been made for each of the new ordinary
shares of 0.1p to be admitted to trading on AIM.  Admission is expected on
Thursday 15 August 2002.

The Company also announces that Vincent Panaia, non-executive director, did not
seek re-election at the AGM and has resigned with effect from today.
