                         New Contract with Titan Travel


Cybit Holdings plc, ("Cybit") one of the UK's fastest growing providers of fleet
management and telematics solutions, is pleased to announce a three year
contract for its Fleetstar-Online fleet management solution from the Titan
Travel Group. Titan Travel will track its 160 vehicles using Cybit's internet
based vehicle tracking and reporting solution.

Cybit's solution provides Titan with greater visibility of its mobile workforce
offering a rapid return on investment by enabling Titan to improve vehicle
deployments and manage down operating costs. Above all, the solution helps Titan
deliver a higher level of customer service by ensuring its holiday making
clients reach airport destinations on time.
