                          CybIT Holdings plc ("CybIT")

New Contract with Barking and Dagenham Council

CybIT, one of the UK's fastest growing provider of telematics and fleet
management solutions, has announced a major order from Barking and Dagenham
Council to provide vehicle tracking and fleet management capabilities to its
fleet of minibuses used on a daily basis to take special needs children to
school and provide transport assistance to the elderly. For the first time, this
will enable transport managers to track the location of the vehicles and manage
their routing via the Internet in real-time to provide duty of care to
passengers and give parents and carers up-to-the-minute information.

The order follows a recent CybIT initiative to drive sales of its telematics and
fleet management solutions to the public sector and utilities markets.

CybIT's telematics and fleet management solution was selected by Barking and
Dagenham Council's Department of Education, Arts and Libraries to enable it to
conform to statutory requirements to provide 'Best Value' to its users and meet
its quality target that special needs children and other passengers are on
vehicles for 50 minutes or less. CybIT's ultra-low voltage GAP BCmini Plus
compact telematics unit uses GPS satellite positioning to provide Barking and
Dagenham Council with position tracking of its 28 minibuses via Cybitfleet.com,
CybIT's web-based vehicle tracking and fleet management software.

Graham Old, Passenger Transport Manager for Barking and Dagenham Council, said:
"Barking and Dagenham Council is dedicated to providing a safe, reliable, cost
effective and customer focused service to users of our transport services. More
than 600 passengers use our service, with vehicles completing more than 50
routes each day.

"By using CybIT's telematics and fleet management solution we will be able to
track the location of our vehicles so that we can ensure passenger's safety and
maximise the vehicles' usage. Barking and Dagenham Council is also working to
create a greener, cleaner and safer Borough. Through the software's street level
mapping can help our drivers use the most efficient routes," added Graham Old.

The order from Barking and Dagenham Council follows CybIT's recent acquisition
of Fleetstar, the Trafficmaster subsidiary, and confirms CybIT's development as
a leading player in the telematics-based asset management space.

John Wisdom, Director of Sales and Marketing for CybIT added: "There's clearly a
focus in councils such as Barking and Dagenham and other public sector
organisations to provide the best possible service with the greatest efficiency.
Barking and Dagenham Council is taking the lead in using telemetry to track its
vehicles and provide greater visibility and manageability of its services. This
provides benefits in terms of driving efficiency and also ensuring that duty of
care is given to passengers and drivers."
