                CybIT Holdings plc ("CybIT" or "the Company")

                                 Appointment

CybIT is pleased to announce the appointment of John Wisdom as Sales and
Marketing Director of CybIT Limited, the trading subsidiary of the Company. He
joins from global logistics company Ryder plc and in his new role will focus
on developing partnerships and promoting the company's range of ASP-based
Internet telematics solutions for a wide range of asset management functions.

John Wisdom brings over 20 years experience in the Transport and Logistics
industry, most recently eight years with Ryder plc, a worldwide provider of
logistic and transport solutions, where he was Director of Marketing Europe.
Before this he was General Sales Manager for Ned Lloyd International,
developing sales of the company's transport solutions. John Wisdom has also
held strategic positions with United States Line, an American shipping
company, and Geest plc.
