                               Directors Dealing

                     Cyan Directors Purchase 630,000 shares


Cyan (AIM: CYAN.L), a fabless semiconductor company providing configurable
application software and production ready modules based on feature rich, low
power, microcontroller chips, was notified today that, Directors of the Company
have bought a total of 630,000 shares.


Kenn Lamb, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased on 27 March 2008, for his
pension fund, 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company at a
price of 4.75 pence per share.  Following this purchase, Mr Lamb has an interest
in 250,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.2% per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.


John Read, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased on 27 March 2008,
for his pension fund, 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company
at a price of 5.00 pence per share.  Following this purchase, Dr Read has an
interest in 363,636 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.3% per cent.
of the Company's issued share capital.


David Gutteridge, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased on 28 March
2008, 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company at a price of 5.15
pence per share and on 31 March 2008, 120,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each
in the Company at a price of 6.25 pence per share.  Following these purchases,
Mr Gutteridge has an interest in 130,000 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 0.1% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
