Cyan Holdings Plc (AIM:CYAN.L), the fabless semiconductor company specialising
in the development of low power consumption, configurable microcontroller chips,
announces that it has been notified on Friday, 7 December 2007 that, as a result
of recent purchases, the Helium Special Situations Fund now holds 20,100,000
Ordinary Shares in Cyan. This holding represents approximately 14.40 per cent of
the current total issued share capital of the Company.
