Centurion Electronics plc (the "Company") was notified by Hargreave Hale Limited
on 8 April 2005 that following the acquisition of 100,000 ordinary shares
Michael Bedford, and parties connected with him, now own 780,000 ordinary
shares.  Mr Bedford also owns a further 75,000 ordinary shares through a
contract for difference (CFD) although no voting rights are attached.


Following this purchase in the Company Mr Bedford's holding represents 3.55 per
cent. of the issued share capital.
