PLAN
The Company announces that on 17 April
2019, executive directors and Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility (PDMRs) were granted conditional share awards over
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (“Awards”), pursuant to
the Charles Taylor Deferred Annual Bonus Plan (the “DABP”) as
follows:

accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market
Abuse Regulation.
