ComputerLand UK PLC (the "Company")
Trading Update


ComputerLand UK PLC ('ComputerLand'), a provider of essential IT services to
medium and large businesses is pleased to announce a trading update for the six
months ending 31 October 2005, prior to entering its close period.

At the time of our AGM statement on 2 September 2005 we commented that our
services business had continued it's record of growth during the first quarter
whilst our product reselling business had experienced difficult trading
conditions. During our second quarter our services business has continued to
grow and we have seen a modest improvement in our product business.

A full update on the first half's trading and a statement on our outlook for the
second half of the year will be made with our interim results announcement on
Thursday 8 December 2005.
