DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has today been advised that Harris Ventures Limited, a company connected to Lord Harris and Martin Harris has sold 416,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at an average price of 649.06p over the period of 15(th) and 16(th) October 2013. Lord Harris has explained that the sale is for personal wealth management reasons. The revised shareholding and the percentage of shareholding are set out below:
