COMINO PLC: BOARD APPOINTMENTS
New Chairman and non-executive Director
Comino plc ("Comino"), the supplier of software based business solutions for
the social housing, local authority, pensions and clothing sectors, announces
the appointments of Gordon Skinner as Chairman and Michael David Greig as a
non-executive Director, with immediate effect.
They replace Mike Brooke and Simon Acland respectively, both of whom were
founder non-executive Directors of Comino.
Mr Skinner, aged 67, has served on the Comino board as a non-executive
Director since incorporation. He began his career with NCR before going on to
found TIS Ltd. Mr Skinner sold TIS to Misys in 1989 and served as a director
of the software group for 2 years.
Mr Greig, aged 42, has been a Director of RM plc since 1989. Prior to this he
was a Director of Case Group plc.
