                   CMG plc: Analyst briefings 30/31 May 2001

CMG plc, the global Information & Communication Technology (ICT) services group
listed on the London Stock Exchange (FTSE 100) and Euronext in Amsterdam, is
holding background business briefing sessions for financial analysts in
Amsterdam today and London tomorrow.

The company has traditionally held such briefings in the spring of each year in
order to increase understanding of its markets and the services and solutions
provided to customers. The company will not make any new comments on current
trading and outlook, or provide material financial data beyond that already
reported.

The presentation material used at the briefing sessions will be posted on the
company's website (investor.cmg.com) following the sessions and a recording of
the proceedings with index points will also be available on 1 June 2001. Both
will be accessible without prior registration.
