As previously advised in the Company's Annual Report for the year 2000, and
at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held on 16 May 2001, with effect
from 16 May 2001 Clay Brendish has retired from the Company in his capacity
as Executive Deputy Chairman and Wilko Borner has retired in his capacity as
a non-executive director.

As previously advised, the Company is pleased to confirm the appointment of
Wim Dik, with effect from 16 May 2001, as a new non-executive director of
the Company.
