Result of AGM & Trading Update 28 January 2005 Croma Group plc ("Croma" or the "Company") Result of AGM & Trading Update Croma Group plc, the specialists in the design, development and production of overt and covert surveillance and defence related products announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were duly approved. In his address to shareholders John French, Chairman and Chief Executive, gave strong indications that trading in the interim period to 31 December 2004 had continued to improve significantly.
