Voting Rights and Capital


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:



The Company's capital consists of 381,100 # Shares, 18,815,753 US$ Shares, and
17,056,052 Euro Shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting
rights in the Company is 381,100 in respect of the # Shares, 18,815,753 in
respect of the US$ Shares, and 17,056,052 in respect of the Euro Shares.  All
Shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of Shares held.



The above figures may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
