              ANNOUNCES THE LETTING OF 1,568 sq m (16,876 sq ft)               

                       AT VISTA OFFICE CENTRE, HOUNSLOW                        

                     TO THE METROPOLITAN POLICE AUTHORITY                      

CLS is pleased to announce that the Metropolitan Police Authority has taken a
lease of 1,568 sq m (16,876 sq ft) at Vista Office Centre, Hounslow.

The lease is for a term of ten years with an upward only rent review in 2009.
The initial rent is �232,045 per annum, equating to �147.99 per sq m (�13.75
per sq ft). There is a short rent free period.

The Vista Office Centre provides a range of office accommodation together with
a fitness centre complete with indoor 20 m swimming pool, all weather sports
court and an on-site restaurant.

Vail Williams and Andrews Denford & Boyd represented CLS and Smith Melzack
Pepper Angliss represented the Metropolitan Police Authority.
