               CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") AND MTV NETWORKS ("MTV")               

                 WIN APPEAL TO OPERATE A NEW BROADCAST STUDIO                  

                           AT 1 LEICESTER SQUARE, W1                           

The way forward for MTV to operate a broadcast studio from One Leicester
Square, owned by CLS, has now been cleared following a successful appeal
against Westminster City Council.

Last year CLS had already agreed to let to MTV the ground, first and second
floors of the building comprising 743 sq m (8,000 sq ft) for a term of 11 years
at an annual rent of �625,000, with a rent review and tenant's break in the
sixth year. This was conditional on securing the planning consent which has now
been granted.

This means that, within a few weeks, MTV will be broadcasting live TV shows
from its new studio in Leicester Square, including the top-rated TRL live chart
and celebrity show. TRL will be broadcast every weekday between 4.30-5.30pm
from the first floor studio overlooking Leicester Square with this famous
London street scene as its internationally recognised backdrop.

The Inspector who heard the Appeal believed that the small groups of teenage
fans anticipated would not cause any problems on weekday afternoons in
Leicester Square.
