                            Director's Shareholding                            

In accordance with paragraph 16.13 of the Listing Rules the Company announces
that on 14 April 2004 Dan B�verstam, a director of the Company, sold 12,450
ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of
305 pence per share. Mr B�verstam has made it known, as indicated in a previous
announcement dated 1 April 2004, that he intends to exercise options to
purchase a further 60,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in the
near future.

Mr B�verstam is currently interested in 16,259 ordinary shares of 25 pence each
in the capital of the Company.
