                            Director's Shareholding   

In accordance with paragraph 16.13 of the Listing Rules the Company announces
that on 30 March 2004 Dan B�verstam, a director of the Company, sold 8,500
ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company at a priceof
323 pence per share. Mr B�verstam has made it known that he intends to exercise
options to purchase a further 60,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company in the near future.

Mr B�verstam is now interested in 28,709 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in
the capital of the Company.
