In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), CLS Holdings plc announces that on 
27 April 2010 Mr Henry Klotz, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the 
Company, was appointed a non-executive director of NOTE AB ("NOTE"), a company 
listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm, Sweden, and in which the CLS 
Group owns 6% of the issued share capital. 
 
NOTE, one of the Nordic region's leaders in manufacturing and logistics 
services for electronics-based products, is active on the EMS (electronics 
manufacturing services) market, offering electronics production services 
throughout the value chain, from development and production to after-sales. 
NOTE has approximately 1,000 employees across Sweden, Norway, Finland, the UK, 
Estonia, Lithuania, Poland and China, and in 2009 its net sales were SEK 1.2
