The appointment of Anna Seeley as a director of CLS Holdings plc with 
effect from 11 September 2002 has already been announced.

The information required under paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules is 
as follows:

16.4(a)       She has not held a directorship in a public quoted company 
              at any time during the previous five years.

16.4(b)       There are no matters to disclose under paragraph 6.F.2(b)-(g).

As at the date of her appointment she was interested in 8,901 shares in 
the Company.
