                   A FURTHER LETTING AT CI TOWER, NEW MALDEN                   

The Board of CLS is pleased to announce a new letting at CI Tower, New Malden
to The Association of Business Executives.

The Association of Business Executives has taken a five year lease on the 5th
floor (5,370 sq ft/499 sq m) at a rent of �104,715 per annum, �19.50 per sq ft
(�210 per sq m) subject to a six month rent free period.

CI Tower, which comprises 80,406 sq ft (7,470 sq m) is now fully let apart from
one small suite on the 4th floor extending to 1,270 sq ft (118 sq m), which is
available through our joint letting agents, Cattaneo Commercial and Hargreaves
Newberry Gyngell.
