                            ANNOUNCES NEW LETTING
                                AT VANERPARKEN
                              VANERSBORG, SWEDEN


The Board of CLS is pleased to announce the completion of a further letting at
Vanerparken.

A total of 2,330 sq m (25,080 sq ft) which is to be used for both office and
educational purposes has been let to Hogskolan Trollhattan/Uddevalla (College)
for a term of four and a half years at an aggregate rent of SEK 2,340,000 (#
159,123) per annum.

The premises were previously vacant and the rent achieved of SEK 1,004 per sq
m (#6.35 per sq ft) is in line with rents for similar accommodation at
Vanerparken.

As part of the new lease agreement Hogskolan Trollhattan/Uddevalla has also
extended their existing lease at SEK 3,664,309 (#249,178) per annum from 30/06
/2003 to 30/06/2006, making it co-terminus with their new lease.
