                                Board Changes


Clinical Computing plc ("Clinical Computing" or "the Company"), one of the
UK's leading UK's leading developers and distributors of computer software for
the healthcare industry, announces the appointment of Joe Marlovits as an
executive director and the resignation of Philip Smart, Finance Director, both
with immediate effect.


Mr Marlovits will become Finance Director and Company Secretary and will
replace Mr Smart who is relocating elsewhere in the US for family reasons.

Mr Marlovits, age 34, was previously the Vice-President of Finance and Company
Secretary of Innovative Systems, Inc., an American based international
software company. Mr Marlovits is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated
from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in
accounting.

1. Mr Marvolits


    a)     has not been a director of any company or partner of any
    partnership in the last five years;


    b)     is not or has not been bankrupt or entered into any voluntary
    arrangements with their creditors;


    c)     has no unspent convictions nor has been publicly criticised by any
    statutory or regulatory authority or been disqualified from acting as a
    director of, or in the management of, any company;


    d)     has not been a director of any company with an executive function
    at the time of, or within 12 months preceding any receivership, compulsory
    liquidation, creditors' voluntary liquidation, administration, company
    voluntary arrangements or any composition or arrangement with its
    creditors generally or any class of its creditors;

    e)     has not been a partner of any partnership at the time of or within
    12 months of any compulsory liquidation, administration or partnership
    voluntary arrangement;

    f)     has not owned an asset over which a receiver has been appointed nor
    has any been a partner of a partnership at the time or within 12 months of
    receivership of any asset of the partnership.
