Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed on 13(th) July that Martin Wiwen-Nilsson, a non-executive director of the Company, holds 9,842,857 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 each, representing 2.80% of the issued share capital of the Company, following purchases on that day of 30,000 ordinary shares at a price of 18.50 pence per share.

In accordance with the announcement dated 11 July 2017, a further 403,622 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each may be acquired by the concert party within a period of three months from 12 July 2017 without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles of Association of the Company.
