The Company announces that Paul Davies, Operations Director, has transferred the
20,238 shares he holds in Capital Radio plc to his wife, Yvette Davies.  This 
brings her total holding to 30,000 shares in Capital Radio plc.  Following this 
transfer, Paul Davies no longer has a shareholding in Capital Radio.
