S.A. and its Group Companies have an interest in 5,859,689 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 12.24% of its issued ordinary share capital.


These shares are represented by a beneficial interest of 168,909 shares (0.35%)
and a non-beneficial interest of 5,690,780 shares (11.89%)


This notification of change is due to an increase in the total holding from
11.94% to 12.24%.
