subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries have a non-beneficial holding in 5,735,661 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 11.98% of its issued ordinary share capital.  This
notifiable interest follows a reduction in the above holdings by 45,100 ordinary
shares.
