Biotrace International Plc signs a significant deal in 
North America

We are pleased to announce that we have signed an 
Agreement, together with the Food & Beverage Division of 
Ecolab Inc, our distribution partner in North America, 
for the supply of our leading brands - XCEL, CleanTrace(tm) 
and AquaTrace(tm) single shot surface and water hygiene 
monitoring system and reagents to Pepsi-Cola Company, a 
division of PepsiCo Inc.

The deal (to be reviewed annually) is for the supply of a 
minimum of $400,000 of reagents annually to all 60 Pepsi-
Cola Companys corporate plants in North America.  We 
have the additional opportunity now to evaluate and 
discuss supply and service to the 124 franchise Pepsi-
Cola plants in North America.

Ecolab Inc is one of the worlds leading suppliers of 
premium cleaning and sanitising products and systems in 
industrial and institutional hygiene with sales in excess 
of $1.5 billion per annum.

Note:  In addition, Henkel-Ecolab, Ecolabs sister 
company, is our distribution partner in Europe.
