Appointment of Company Secretary

Biffa plc ("Biffa"), a leading UK integrated waste management company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachael Hambrook as Company Secretary of Biffa with immediate effect following the retirement of Keith Woodward.

Rachael holds a degree in law and has many years' experience providing company secretarial services to publicly listed companies in the UK, including Budgens plc, Ruspetro plc and GlaxoSmithKline plc.
