                              Director Shareholding 
The Company was notified today that Tom Allchurch, Non-Executive Director, has 
today sold 825,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the 
issued share capital of the Company for 60 pence per share. Tom Allchurch 
remains interested in 1,004,049 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 
2.51% of the Company's issued share capital.
