The  Board of Andrews Sykes Group plc was notified on 8 March 1999  that
Mr JG Murray transferred a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 20p to Mr
JC  Murray, the son of Mr JJ Murray who has a notifiable interest in the
Company in November 1998 for nil consideration.
