Further to its announcement of 10 October 2001, Andrews Sykes Group plc (the "
Company") announces that trading in its ordinary shares will commence on AIM
on Monday 24 December 2001.

The Company has requested that the UK Listing Authority cancel the listing of
its ordinary shares on the Official List at close of trading today.
