Transaction in Own Shares - Amendment 
 
On 1 February 2010 the Company announced that on 27 January 2010 it had 
purchased for cancellation 314,299 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 46.0p 
per ordinary share to 51.5p per ordinary share. The amount of shares actually 
purchased for cancellation was 315,000 ordinary shares and not 314,299 ordinary 
shares as previously reported. 
 
The current number of ordinary shares in issue is 34,336,463 and not 34,337,164 
as previously reported.
