Change of status of director

The Board of API (the "Board") announces that it has received notice that Luke Wiseman is no longer a director of Steel Partners UK Limited and no longer acts as a nominee director of Steel Partners Holdings LP as disclosed in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts. The Company understands that it is not Steel's intention to seek an alternative nominee director.

Mr Wiseman, whose contribution is highly valued by the Board, will remain a Non-executive director of the Company.
