The Company announces that, following a purchase of 5,401 Ordinary shares by Mr 
John Pearmund, a Director of the Company, and 7,401 Ordinary shares by Mrs 
Christine Pearmund, the wife of Mr Pearmund, Mr Pearmund's interest is 48,900 
Ordinary 10p shares in the Company (representing 0.06% of the issued Ordinary 
10p shares). 
 
The shares were purchased on 2 April 2009, 5,401 Ordinary shares at a price of 
76.5p and 7,401 Ordinary shares at a price of 76.25p. All the shares are held 
in an ISA.
