Director Dealing

The Company announces that, following a purchase of 599 shares by Mr John
Pearmund, a Director of the Company, and 269 shares by Mrs Christine Pearmund,
the wife of Mr Pearmund, Mr Pearmund's interest is 36,098 Ordinary 10p shares
in the Company (representing 0.05% of the issued Ordinary shares).

The shares were purchased by Halifax Share Dealing Limited on Mr and Mrs
Pearmund's behalf, 867 shares at a price of �0.82 on 25 November 2008 and 1
share at a price of �0.80 on 26 November 2008. All the shares are held in an
ISA.
