The Company announces that Robert Alcock, Chairman of the Company, yesterday
purchased 10,000 Ordinary 10p shares of the Company at a price of 123 pence per
share. The Company also announces that Mr Alcock no longer has a non-beneficial
interest in the Company's Ordinary shares.

Mr Alcock now has a beneficial interest in 20,000 Ordinary shares of the
Company, representing 0.02% of the Ordinary shares in circulation.
