The Company announces that, following purchases of 169 shares by Mr John
Pearmund, a Director of the Company, and 36 shares by his wife Mrs Christine
Pearmund on 16 November 2006, Mr Pearmund's interest was 19,976 Ordinary 10p
shares in the Company. A further 1 share was purchased by John Pearmund on 17
November 2006 bringing his interest to 19,977 Ordinary 10p shares in the
Company (representing 0.02% of the issued Ordinary shares).

The shares were purchased by Halifax on Mr and Mrs Pearmund's behalf at a price
of �1.245 on 16 November and �1.246 on 17 November. All the shares are held in
an ISA.
