On 31 July 2006 the Company will reach its first year end and, in accordance
with the rules of the Model Code and the UKLA Listing Rules, the Company will
enter a close period for the purpose of Directors' dealings in the Company's
own shares. During a close period, a company is also prohibited from purchasing
its own shares unless its directors are able to confirm, to the best of their
knowledge, there is no unpublished information that would constitute price
sensitive information in respect of the company's securities.

As previously announced, the Company's net asset value at 30 June 2006 was
115.4 pence per share, having increased from 100p at launch. The Company will
continue to publish its net asset value on a daily basis.

The Company has decided to publish an indication of the Company's likely final
dividend payment in respect of the year ending 31 July 2006, in order that the
Company may obtain a dispensation from this close period and thus, should the
Board feel it is appropriate to do so, be able to make further purchases of the
Company's own shares. As stated in the Company's prospectus, any share buybacks
will only be made through the market for cash at prices below the prevailing
net asset value of the shares and where the Directors believe that such
purchases will enhance value for Shareholders.

Accordingly, the Directors announce that, subject to unforeseen circumstances,
it is their intention to recommend a final dividend in the region of 1.3 pence
per share, which will be paid to shareholders during November 2006, following
the Annual General Meeting of the Company. This figure is based on the number
of shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury, at the date of this
announcement.

A final dividend of 1.3 pence per share would bring the total dividend payments
for the year ended 31 July 2006 to 1.9 pence per share.

The actual rate of the recommended final dividend will be included in the
Company's preliminary announcement of annual results for the period ended
ending 31 July 2006, which is expected to be released during September 2006.
