                    Announcement of Third Quarterly Dividend
                      For the  year ending 30th June 2005


Third Quarterly Dividend

The Board has declared a third quarterly dividend of 1.75p net per share which
will be payable on 15 June 2005 to all holders of Ordinary Shares on the
Register of Members at the close of business on 20 May 2005.

Together with the earlier payments for the financial year 2004/05, this gives a
total for the year to date of 5.05p per share. The first three payments for the
current year are now 10.7% ahead of the equivalent payments for 2003/04.
