All IPO Plc ("the Company") has been notified that on 17 March 2009 Clem 
Chambers, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary 
Shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 0.75p per Ordinary Share. 
Following this transaction, Mr. Chamber's aggregate holding in the Company has 
increased to 3,022,727 Ordinary Shares which represents 10% of the Company's 
total voting rights. 
 
 
As a result of this transaction Libertas Capital Corporate Finance no longer 
hold a notifiable interest in the Company.
