Alea Group CEO Mark Cloutier to step down 
Board to commence search for new CEO, Cloutier to remain at helm until 2010 
 
 
HAMILTON, Bermuda - Alea Group Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. ('Alea') today announced 
that Mark Cloutier, CEO of Alea will step down from the Board of Directors and 
resign his position as CEO with effect from 31 March 2010, to pursue other 
interests. 
 
 
Rob Kauffman, non-executive Chairman of Alea, said, "The Board of Directors 
thanks Mark Cloutier for his many contributions as CEO and we are pleased that 
he intends to  stay actively involved at Alea as CEO and a member of the Board 
until March 31, 2010." 
 
 
The Board will commence a search for a new CEO promptly.
