    ("Arc VCT" or "the Company")

    Offer for Subscription

    The Company announces that, in relation to the Offer for Subscription of up to 7,500,000 new C Shares of 50p each at a price of 100p per
share (the 'Offer') as announced on 22 November 2007, it has received subscriptions for a further 6,000 C Shares. The Company has applied to
the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the C Shares and trading is expected to commence on 22 July 2008. 

    This brings the total new C Shares subscribed for under the Offer to 266,905.
