being 47,350 A-shares and 35,750 B-shares for NOK 144.70 and NOK 135.31 per 
share respectively.

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 2,185,150 of its own 
shares, being 1,653,010 A-shares and 532,140 B-shares.

Total number of outstanding shares after this is 60,835,906.
