BEA - Trading announcement 

The Bergesen d.y. Group has today bought a total of 1,116,691 of its own shares,
being 718,001 A-shares and 398,690 B-shares for NOK 171.98 and NOK 161.00 per
share respectively. 

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 1,181,691 of its own
shares, being 783,001 A-shares and 398,690 B-shares. 

Total number of outstanding shares after this is 61,839,365.
