Re Dividend Declared by Aer Rianta cpt (parent of Aer Rianta Finance plc) for
the year ended 31 December 2002



At the annual general meeting of Aer Rianta cpt on 12th June 2003 (parent
company of Aer Rianta Finance plc), the shareholders approved the payment of a
final dividend of Euro0.04938 per ordinary share in respect of 2002. This will
result in a total final dividend payment of Euro7.245 million.
